Please note that the official Horatio Client Summit runs from March 3–5, 2026. Horatio will cover two nights of accommodation for all registered attendees as part of the summit experience.
The official start of the event is the Welcome Reception, where all attendees are invited and the full summit experience begins.
Programming taking place on Monday and early Tuesday is designed specifically for new clients and select prospects. If additional attendees would like to join these activities, they are welcome to do so by covering their own accommodation and informing our team in advance. We’ll be happy to include you in the activities and assist with coordination, transfers, and logistics where possible.

(Available for early arrivals) For guests arriving before hotel check-in, Horatio Headquarters will be open as a hosted welcome space designed for rest, refreshment, and comfort. Attendees are invited to settle in, store luggage securely, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated experience that allows them to reset after travel. Available amenities include: Secure luggage storage, Refresh & wellness station (water, coffee, refreshments, curated essentials, Private showers and changing areas, Comfortable lounge spaces to relax or unwind, and Optional pre-booked in-office massages (limited availability) This experience is entirely optional and available throughout the day for guests who prefer a more comfortable transition before checking in or beginning scheduled activities.
